Description

 Borago officinalis is one of a host of herbs with origins in the Mediterranean region, it is a spreading annual that will reward you with abundant, open racemes of beautiful, slightly nodding, star-shaped, bright blue flowers from early summer to early fall. Its flowers and leaves, as well as the oil from its seeds are used as medicine.
