Description
Feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium ) is a medicinal plant traditionally used for the treatment of fevers, migraine headaches, rheumatoid arthritis, stomach aches, toothaches, insect bites, infertility, and problems with menstruation and labour during childbirth. Feverfew makes a nice background plant with its deeply cut leaves and dainty daisy-like flowers. It has been known as an insect repellant and its roots contain the powerful insecticide pyrethrin.
